While the internet offers unprecedented access to goods and services and the benefits of e-commerce are by now well known, nevertheless, we at Worthwhile Devices understand that purchases via the internet do not afford the purchaser a reasonable opportunity to inspect products advertised before ordering. We are so confident, however, in the quality and usefulness of the BookValet that we undertake the following guarantee to all internet purchasers:

Worthwhile Devices, Inc. (Seller) will refund to the purchaser all charges
for BookValet models ordered via this website, including initial shipping
and handling and sales taxes, if any, if, for any reason, purchaser
decides, following inspection and trial of the products, to cancel the
sale. The foregoing guarantee is conditional upon purchaser first returning
such product(s) in undamaged condition at purchaser's sole expense to
Seller at its offices in San Francisco, CA within 45 days of delivery.
Refunds shall be credited to the credit card to which the original purchase
was charged.
In addition to the foregoing undertaking, Seller will repair or replace,
at its offices, all defects in workmanship or materials in its products
which were present at the time of sale or, if latent, which may appear
or fail in service within a period of one year from the date of purchase.
